Windows Repair/Repair Console

We've noticed after encrypting Hard Drives that we can no longer run a windows repair via the Windows CD.

Therefore no way to do a CHKDSK via the repair console.

Any light on this?

    , I am haviong the same situation where a Vista machine has a corrupt registry and I want to run a repair using the repair console but cannot becaus of the Safeguard Easy encryption on th local HD.

    What is the process if you want to boot off the VIsta install CD ro run a repair?
