Partner Portal Login Error

I have Sophos Partner Portal access

Today when I tried to login to the partner portal using MySophos Account I get an error message

Single Sign-On Error
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.

I am sure I am using the right credentials as I logged in to other Sophos services using MySophos account

I also just used the Partner Portal few days ago without problems

Actually today my whole company can not login to the Partner Portal with the same error

Any advice?

  • Update: Not all users are affected - only some.  We have identified a fix but unfortunately are unable to roll it out until at least the middle of next week (estimate at the time of writing).  Until then anyone experiencing this issue needs to have their account manually re-synchronized.  To do this follow the instructions Bob posted earlier - quoted below for easier reference.  We do apologize for the disruption this causes.

  • Need help o Sophos central ,I mistakenly install Sophos installer using flash  on different PC

    the outpout was all PC came with one name and when we try to assign different name to each PC

    it does not work until we decided to uninstall the app and install it again by downloading it trough their email

    but it changed nothing .cause again It keep taking one name to different PC. ehat to do.
