Puremessage does not check inbound emails. I have QSS pop3 connector. Please help!

Hi,

I have exchange 2010 running on server 2008. My server pulls the emails from an external pop host using Quantum QSS pop3 connector.

The puremessage scans the dstastore for viruses but no spams are being blocked. In the activity window thereis no activity what so ever.

I have added the server IP address to the trusted relay but no luck.Please suggest what to do?

    At this point, then we would need to take a look at the message headers of one (or more) of these spam messages to see which IPs the email passed through along the way and then compare them with your PureMessage configuration. The lack of information in the SMTP Scan log could point to the message being considered internal.

    If you haven't already spoken with one of our support engineers, you should open up a case so we can investigate more closely how Puremessage is configured and how your Exchange environment fits around it. Copies of these messages would be needed along with the list of trusted relays, so when you either call or email in, make sure you have those prepared.
