Can't add a Directory Service

Hi,

i want to add a Directory Service into my Sophos E-Mail-Appliance, but if i push "add" then nothing happens...

What' the cause for that?

    Hello andi,

    Do you get any kind of pop-up after hitting push?  Sophos Support can monitor logs on the system when you attempt to connect to your Directory Service to give you a better idea of what's going on if no feedback is presented from the Web Interface.

    Your past attempts can also be examined.  Open a support tunnel from the help menu and file a ticket and support can get back to you pretty quickly about what happened.
