Web Appliance AD Sync Frequency?

Does anyone know what the frequency of the Active Directory Synchronisation on a web appliance (we have ws1100).

Is the frequency user configurable?

    Hi RBCJB,

    The default frequency is every 2 hours.  Whilst this isn't user configurable, the frequency can be changed by Sophos support.  However, in some larger AD environments it isn't a good idea to sync too often because of the time and resources this takes. 

    If you have made changes to AD which need to be imported immediately you can manually synchronize in 'Configuration > System > Active Directory'.

    Please call Sophos support if you'd like to discuss changing the AD sync frequency.
