Reset admin password on Pure Message Manager (18080)

Dear Sophos,

hi, My name is Hadi Hamdani from PT 3D Networks Indonesia. First I want say sorry for not using valid email address.

Today I already finished to install Sophos Puremessage for UNIX (PMX) but unfortunately, I forgot the admin password for access Puremessage Manager. (https://localhost:18080)

I already tried with pmx-manager-passwd but still not working because pmx-manager-passwd still need the old admin password.

There's any other way to reset the admin password for Puremessage Manager ?

Please Help and  Advisory......

Thanks and Best Regards,

Hadi Hamdani
