Bad throughput after 9.30*

My guest WLAN (separate zone) is unusable after upgrading to 9.301. My other two WLANs that are bridged to LAN works fine.

    It had in previous firmware.  Since newer updates have been applied, this has reverted back to the poor performance.

    I've been reapplying the TSO setting, but it appears to no longer fix the issue.
