Blocking Smartphones to use wireless network

Hi, one more question...
 have a way to block access to smartphones in the wireless network with authentication by RADIUS in our AD???

    One solution would be to make a 'Host with static mapping' for each allowed device, and to adjust DHCP to limit address assignments 'Clients with static mappings only'.  Can that work for you?
