5GHz only WLAN not showing

Hello @all,

at the moment I use a UTM 9 (Version 9.004-34) with a AP30 as wireless AP.

When I configure a 5GHz only Network and apply it to my AP30 it won't show up on any of my devices.

If I change the setting to 2,4 and 5 GHz it shows as 2,4GHz.

I'm using a ipad mini and a mid 2011 Macbook Air as clients which are both capable of 5 GHz.
NetSpot software on the Macbook as monitring tool.

Any ideas ?

    AP30 can only do 2.4Ghz.  To use 5 Ghz, you would need an AP50.


    From the Help:  
    Frequency band: The access points assigned to this wireless network will transmit on the selected frequency band(s). The 5 GHz band generally has higher performance, lower latency, and is typically less disturbed. Hence it should be preferred for e.g. VoIP communication. Note that only AP 50 is able to send on the 5 GHz band.
