WAF load balancing vs "Server Load Balancing"

I'm wondering what the differences are between WAF load balancing vs Network Protection - "Server Load Balancing" (for HTTP)...

The Network LB seems to (according to the help) have Weighting options, which I cannot find in the WAF settings.

The help for the WAF says:
"On the Site Path Routing tab you can specify detailed balancing rules."
but the only relevant setting there is for 'Sticky Sessions'.

If one needed weighting, would it make sense to point the WAF's 'Real Webservers' at the Network LB in the same UTM?

Are there any plans to add 'adaptive' (based on response time, etc.) load balancing to the WAF or Network LB, instead of only 'round-robin'?
We might be able to get rid of our load balancing appliances if the UTM were more robust.

Barry
