WAF stopped working (firmware 9.102-8)

Hello,

Earlier this morning I had a single web application configured and it worked.
But, after adding a 2nd web application everything WAF related stopped working all together.
The errors following this problem are:

I tried restarting everything and I deleted all virtual and real web servers and recreated the first web application that had previously worked.
But to no avail.

As of this morning, WAF is no longer functional.
Please help!
