Web server on unusual port

I'm having a problem that involves NAT and Web Server security.  I think this is the right forum for it.

I have a Plex Media Server on my internal network that I want to protect and serve to the guest network.

The internal url would be http://squeeze.mydomain.com:32400/web
Unfortunately, that is not easy to change on Plex.

So I have a DNS record for "plex.mydomain.com" that points to Sophos, and I have tried using both DNAT and Web Server Security to map and redirect to the internal port, but can't seem to get anywhere.

Anyone else use Plex and made this work?  It should be trivial, yes?

My goal is that the guest would be able to hit
http://plex.mydomain.com

and Sophos would deliver
http://squeeze.mydomain.com:32400/web
