Site Path Routing "in error" ???

I'm using the site path route "/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync" to my exchange server.
It all works fine, but sometimes the site path route appears as "in error" and after stopping and starting Webserver Protection everything is fine again...

Does anybody know where to track this "error", because "in error" is all the information I get so far, I cannot find why it's in error...
