SSL Certificate for virtual server: unable to allocate

Hi,

I am able to upload a bought ssl certificate (crt) for a webserver in asg certificate management.

But I am unable to allocate this certificate for the virtual server created in asg. The imported certificate will simply not appear in the list of certificates.

When I create a ssl certificate with asg, I am able to allocate this certificate.

What do I have to do to allocate my bought ssl certificate?

Hi, you may also have to upload the parent certificate or whatever it's called.

Godaddy, for example, provides one. Search these forums, there's been some discussion about it.

You probably need to upload your intermediate CA cert... the docs that came with your certificate purchase should explain the requirement for it.
