Time to Time no response

Hey Everybody,
Time to time i get no response from the WAF, the Website is offline. That error is about 5-8 hours long and than it works just fine again. This error occurs about once a week. In the Logs i see this error: 

2011:10:12-07:51:01 NameofFirewall reverseproxy: [Wed Oct 12 07:51:01 2011] [error] [client 2XX.1XX.1XX.1XX] [14643] cannot open temporary file: Too many open files

2011:10:12-07:51:01 NameofFirewall reverseproxy: [Wed Oct 12 07:51:01 2011] [error] [client 2XX.1XX.1XX.1XX] avscan initialization failed


Could anyone help ?

    There may be too many open sessions or sessions that haven't closed properly.  

    What version of Astaro are you running and when was the last time you rebooted your ASG?

    It's the Version 8.202
    in the last 2 Months i restarted the Firewall every week.

    In the Firewall Profile that you're using, do you have single or dual engine AV scanning enabled?  If dual, see if it is any better with single.  

    Also, next time this happens instead of waiting for hours, try disabling, then re-enabling WAF on the Global Tab and see if things start working again.

    Looks like this was supposed to be fixed in 8.202.  https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/57/t/49999.

    I need help....
    PS: i disabled the dual Scan, but the problem happened again. To Solve the Problem temporary i had disabled an reenabled the WAF
