Waf not working

I have several websites which i connect using waf.

It happens to me that i am not able to reach some of the configured websites.
On de the client i get the error message [:D]ns lookup failure.

When checking the waf log files i see the following messages.

Cannot Open temporary files (to many files open).
Avscan initialization failed.

Any idea how this can be fixed.

    Fixed in: 8.202
      It is.  [:)]  This usually means that the fix has already been created and is in testing/awaiting release.  If you are a paid business user with support and open up a trouble ticket, Astaro Support may be able to supply you with a single patch to fix just this issue, in advance of 8.202.
