Small business server RWW/OWA

Hi,

Has anyone managed to get the Web application security working on windows small business servers RWW, OWA and remote desktop?

I am currently using 2003, but will be upgrading to 2011 Standard in the next few weeks, and would like to get this working correctly.

Also, would this help prevent brute force attacks on RWW, as I have had a few attempts to gain access recently.
