Session timeout does not work for OWA

Session timeout does not work as expected when publishing Exchange Outlook Web Access with Webserver Protection 

Does anybody share that problem too?

I found solutions in KBs of other vendors. Two of them includes a list of URLs that are ignored in the calculation of the Inactive Session Timeout. So that make sense in my mind.
Anybody know a workaround or how to handle that with the UTM?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Would you mind sharing the KBs you found, so I can talk to a colleague about this. I haven't heard of this issue before in the UTM. 

    What Exchange Server do you have?

    If it is 2016 have you followed this KB just to confirm your configurations are correct.
