That is one of the RBL used now by WAF since 9.703. But I am not sure if this answers your question.

To see if an IP is listed at abuseat.org, one can check at http://www.abuseat.org/. Is fur.cal1.sophosxl.com a locally-cached version of that, so an organization that fixed a problem that got it listed at Sophos could submit a delisting request at abuseat.org?
