I upgraded one of our sites and downloaded the new Web Templates (v9.6_and_above). With the new template "warn-template-with-inline-image.html" or "warn-template.html", after clicking the GO button, nothing happens. Worked with Sophos support and the tech confirmed the issue but didn't have a resolution at this time. If you delete the custom template and use the built-in template it works. Looks like the difference is that the built-in template uses the same "post" method but calls on a 'form_warn' procedure and the new custom template calls on a 'form_proceed' procedure? I know they just pushed the update out earlier this week (been out for a while, but had to upgrade manually until this week). Warn Template was working just fine in 9.510. Web Protection is Transparent Mode.
