policy problem

dears,

i got a problem in my network most of pc's doesnt get policy apply from sophos.. i dont kno why and this problem is recently shown while the sites is blocked on policy test on the sophos itself

Hi Mohamed,

Did you select Decrypt & Scan option in the HTTPS tab of the Web Filter policy? Try it and let us know if that resolves the issue.

Show one or two log lines from the Web Filtering log where you aren't getting the result you want.

The problem was this tab was checked " Do not proxy HTTPS traffic in transparent mode " i got it unchecked and marked url filtering only and the policies got applied
