Content is being blocked that is allowed per the web filter policy.

exe extension are being blocked even though it is not listed in the blocked extensions in the web filter policy. How can this be corrected?

Hi, Ryan, and welcome to the UTM Community!

Please show a line from the Web Filtering log file where an access was blocked that you believe should have been allowed.

I do not have the log file available at the moment but e.g. I had removed .exe from the blocked extension list and saved the change. I updated Endpoint Protection and I was prohibited from downloading an exe file.
