YouTube Restricted Mode

I've managed to turn on YouTube Restricted Mode ... I think by checking the option to have Google Safesearch on.
But YouTube Restricted mode is way too restrictive, so want to turn it off.

I've unchecked the Google Safesearch but web browsers still show YouTube Restricted Mode as on.

How do I turn it off?

Also, can I keep YouTube Restricted Mode as OFF but Google SafeSearch as ON?

    Hi, 

    Google safe search will not effect YouTube. Try configuring an exception for YouTube in Web Protection> Filter option>Exceptions. All entries contained in these lists can be excluded from certain web protection services.
