Webfiltering in Standard mode very slow on configured web browser

I,

since few days some users witch are in "VIP Inernet" group without fitering (standard mode with windows system proxy configured) can't navigate on internet. 

Each browser(IE Chrome Firefox)  takes at least 2 min to open and very very very slow to load a page.

If i remove the proxy in network settngs, no problem but these users are filtered by the UTM...

Any idea ?  Dns problem ? i didn't reboot the UTM yet or made any action on it.

PS  : I am discovering SOPHOS devices.
