blocking uploading download media in the whatsapp

i have use sophos utm 9, SG210

and i have configure wifi thorough sophos utm,


but block a whatsapp media like, upload and download not work.

    Just run that one app, then check the logs for entries from the IP of the machine with that app. Alternately, from the shell you can use TCPDump, looking for traffic from that one IP.  Another means is checking the support faq/documentation from the App vendor.
