Allow a device to bypass filtering

I have Sophos UTM set up at my house (version 9.305-4) and for the most part it works great.  But it seems to have a lot of issues with my phone.  I was wondering if there was any way to configure the server to let this one device completely bypass the web filter and firewall.

    Firewall:  You can create an allow all rule.

    Web Filter:  If using transparent mode, the phone will need a static IP, create a host entry for it, then add to the transparent proxy skiplist.  For standard mode, you can create an exception rule to skip all checks for the phone.
