Has anyone found all the domains required to block Pinterest?  
I've done some googeling, but have not found anything useful.

I need to filter the traffic for both their webpage and IOS application.
It has to be a manually created rule.  I can't use the Social Media category.

    Just monitor your Web Filtering log while running connecting to/running Pinterest.  With the live log open, you can enter the IP address of the client you are testing with in the filter box to make the entries easier to find.  Or you could just try using Application Control which has an entry for Pinterest.
