I can't seem to get this site working for users...

Everyone here gets an apache forbidden message when trying to go to http://ibmtechu.com/edge.  They can access it when not on our network.  I've added it to transparent skiplist.  I've also tried exceptions in filtering.

Any ideas?

    Although the skiplist instructions say that URLs are allowed, they have to be used in the form of DNS hosts/groups and regex definitely doesn't work.  Regex is only for Exceptions.

    At Web Protection > Filtering Options > Misc, for destination skiplist, add a DNS Group.  The hostname will be ibmtechu.com.  DNS Group is used just in case it resolves to multiple IPs.  If just a single, then DNS Host type can be used.  You can confirm by checking your Web Filtering log and see what IP(s) are listed for previous browsing to the site.
