Is there any way to block using some application to some users, with web filtering feature enabled?

    If you are using Client Authentication (Definitions & Users > Client Authentication), you should be able to use the (Client Network) objects in application control (Web Protection > Application Control > Application Control Rules).

    Yes I'd enable client authentication and users are authenticated in utm. I can use user network in Firewall rules but in application control they are not applied. On the other hand when i disable web protection and using of proxy it will work correctly
