Skip List in application control

Hi every one,
I set different application rules in web protection section and i want to except some users or groups for each rule. Users defined in Advanced tab and skiplist box, will be skipped from all rules. Is there a way to select exception list for each rule instead of select users whom the rule would be applied to them?

    If I understand what you are asking for, you want a way to skip individual block rules instead of skipping all.  

    You can create an allow rule above a block rule, which would act as a skip.  See the attached screenshot.  I have a block rule for an application applied to the entire internal network, but I want one workstation to be able to access this app.  So, I create an allow rule above for just this one machine.
