Simple config

Hi,

I have a home UTM deployment which I am trying to configure two web filtering policies for.  

1) Applies to a specific internal IP, and only allows access to certain categories
2) A default policy which applies to all other devices and does not restrict access to specific categories.

I've tried multiple times but I cannot work out if the default policy should be highly restricted with two further policies (one for the specific IP and one for the rest) or if I should do it in a different way.

Can someone give me a high level overview as to how I should do this please?
