Problem with web filter on Android

I recently started using Sophos at home and am doing ok with it, but I have found that with web filtering turned on I have many sites that do not work correctly on two Android tablets I have.  The testing I have been doing is with homedepot.com and lowes.com, both work on several Windows 7 computers but not on two different Android tablets.

The home page for each site will load, then other links in it do not work and searching within each site fails.  After that their home pages also will not load again unless I clear the browser cache on the tablet, otherwise the error is 'server error' and 'no response'.

I have tried turning off Intrusion Prevention and Anti-portscan, but the sites still do not work.  They will work with Web Filtering off and Intrusion Detection and Anti-portscan both on.  In the Web Filtering log I see action=pass statements for the tablet IP going out to homedepot.com.  The application control log is 0 bytes as well as the advanced threat protection log.

Any suggestions on where I should look for the problem?  Thanks.

    In the web filtering log file I only see action=pass statements for the static IP address of my tablet, but nothing that looks like an error or failure line to me.

    When I mentioned that the sites will work again once if clear the browser cache, I was actually clearing everything - browsing history, cache and site data, cookies, form data, passwords, etc.  I found that if I clear just the cookies the page will also load again one time, but clearing just the cache and/or browsing history has no effect on the problem.

    In the firewall rules I created a Lan-any-any rule in the top position for troubleshooting but it had no effect.

    Update-I also have an Android phone running CyanogenMod 10 that I decided to try and the sites work on it.  Both the tablets are Samsung tablets with their default OS and they seem to be the problem whereas the phone is working.
