web filter issue

Is anyone having this problem that sometimes sites are categorized and the filter will block them as uncategorized. For example this site  


While trying to retrieve the URL:

https://mycw4.eclinicalweb.com/ 
The content is blocked due to the following condition:
The URL you have requested is blocked by Surf Protection. If you think this is wrong, pleas
Report:
Uncategorized not allowed. 

But when I go to the Trusted source site check this single URL ->McAfee Smartfilter XL it's categorized. Is this the filter Sophos uses for categorization? 

I know the workaround is adding an exception but enough is enough.

    Just tried to add the site to the Filtering options -> Exceptions and it's still blocked!

    For reputation and categorization testing you can use either UTM built-in Policy Test feature, or external application (URL Category Query). Both methods are reporting the same result for given URL -> Uncategorized/Neutral.

    In Filtering Options -> Websites you can recategorize that site locally on your UTM, and also submit it to Sophos for reassessment:

    in the filtering profile there is a checkbox that says do not allow encategorized sites.  uncheck that box.

    Fro some reason I'm not sure, the data that TrustedSource give to the UTM is that
    mycw4.eclinicalweb.com is uncategorized
    while
    eclinicalweb.com is correctly categorized

    This is both in SXL and CFFS.

    I'd say it is their problem.

    Either.  Sophos passes the information on to TrustedSource.
