Different blocked message based on classification?

We just installed a new Sophos UTM over half-term, but our #1 biggest user complaint so far has been users misinterpreting a website as being blocked based on an advert box having been blocked.

Is there a way that we can have a different message/template for things that are blocked as classification Advertisement than what we have for everything else?

If not, is there any way to add this as a feature suggestion for a future version?

    The block text should include the category name.  Does it not?

    If you are well versed in HTML you can write and upload your own block pages.  Then inside them you can detect the blocked category and display something different.

    See Management \ Customization \ Web Templates.  You’ll need to rely on the help and the samples (linked from the help).

    It does, but as it's an advert box at the top of the page, the bit that says the category is not visible, and also the language of our standard block message seems to be leading users to think the whole site is blocked.

    If you are well versed in HTML you can write and upload your own block pages.  Then inside them you can detect the blocked category and display something different.

    How would we do this, can Javascript be used in the HTML files for example? Or is it a UTM server side type thing such as ASP or PHP?
