Problem with Cloudflare

Im having problem with different site hosted by Cloudflare.
If i try to hit refresh a couple time in the browser sometime it works.

Im in Canada and using 2 different ISP WAN in balancing.
Im having the issue with the 2 Internet provider and using the WebProxy.
I have the problem in all Webproxy mode but not if im trying in NAT mode with no proxy.

I have try a web exeptions rules from the client addresss with all checked in exceptions with no success.
I have try to reboot the UTM Cluster with no success
I have try to disable IPS with no success

I have a ticket open at cloudflare since monday with no answer yet.

Anyoneelse with the same problem ?
