ooVoo Application Blocking

I've got a devious teenage girl living in my home and I'm doing my best to keep her safe. That includes blocking ooVoo from being used. Does anyone know how to block this over zealous application completely? I can't find it in the pre-built Application Control lists, so any help is greatly appreciated.

    Contact ooVoo support, they may be able to give you a list of ports and IP Addresses used by the service, which you can use to block the app (By web proxy blacklist or firewall rules as examples, depending on the ports used by the app).  You can get the same information via reviewing the logs on the UTM, but much easier with a vendor provided list.

    Be aware that if she is using ooVoo using a cell phone or tablet that you'll only be able to block when she is using your wi-fi, that is running through your UTM.  If she connects directly via cell network, the traffic won't pass through the UTM.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I'm well aware that I can't do much about her cell phone w/o it being on the WiFi, but I can at least keep her from doing anything stupid w/ her laptop. I'll try and see what I can find about the app from the vendor. I'll post whatever I find here for anyone else trying to do the same.
