Device-specific Authentication

Hi guys,

I have problem with Device-specific Auth. it doesn't work When i select the "Enable Device-specific Authentication" option for IOS client and none Auth but it work very well with Browser mode!!!? please help me to narrow down this issue.

Have you read How to use device specific Authentication in Sophos UTM?

Are you sure you are hitting the correct Filter Profile?
What does device= and auth= ?

Open up the Web Protection log (in UI or on the box at /var/log/http.log).

When you access with your IOS client, what does device= equal?
