Quota - errors

Hi, 

After update to 9.307-6 Quota web page is shown but there is no Time limit box and when you press proceed there is an error.
An error occurred while handling your request
Reason: Missing parameters

Also, Quota dosent work if I use Youtube application on Android device.

    The first one sounds like a bug to me, please contact Support to report it.

    The second issue is more tricky...  It could be a classification problem, an authentication problem, it could be that Youtube on Android is using some other mechanism that does not go through proxy...
