UTM 9.306 MS SSO Blocks Adobe.com

Using either Transparent or Standard mode, MS AD SSO blocks Adobe site, so no desktop can update the Adobe Flash.

I have open a case, but no input yet.

Any hint is appreciated.

By default, you should have an Exception (under Filtering Options) called "Adobe Software Update", turned on. Do you have this exception?

Yes, the Exception is there. I added the following:
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?adobe.com

Here are the default:
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?adobe\.com/
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?macromedia\.com/

The browsers can only access Adobe site when Default Authentication is set to "None".

In the exceptions, you should be able to skip authentication.

Alternately, skip the waste of bandwidth from each client machine pulling updates individually and push the install to clients from internal (software assignment GPO or WSUS add-on for third party software). Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe
