Giving Facebook access to restricted user on a specific PC

Hi!  

I have a client who has requested that a group of users who are specifically restricted from facebook be given access to facebook only on a certain PC (not their workstation) and only during certain hours.  

Currently the client has facebook access open only for certain users all the time.  These other users are restricted completely.

What would be the best way to set this up?  Application Control?  How to keep them restricted on their own workstation at all times, while letting them get to facebook during lunch on certain workstations and keeping access open for other users all the time?

    When they are on that PC, would they be logging on with their AD user?

    Create a Profile containing the one IP of that PC.  Then have either a single policy that just opens up facebook for all users on that IP, or replicate your more complex user assignments.
