Using Time Quota on Streaming Devices (AppleTV/Roku)

Hey guys

Curious if what I am attempting is possible.
I have a Web Filter Profile that 3 devices feed into (devices listed under Allowed Networks on the Web Filter Profile)

This Profile is then using a Policy that is pushing Streaming Media (Entertainment / Culture) to Quota.

Lastly I then have 300 minutes on the "Additional Options" tab for the Quota.

So my aim here is to allow a certain amount of time per day for streaming media for the listed devices, but if I am understanding the Quota function correctly, you have to get the popup and select how much of your available time quota you are going to use up on this session.

Since media devices like a Roku generally dont get these popups (since its via a web browser), does this mean that this would not be possible. or is there a way to automatically have the Policy just start consuming from the allowed time quota without the user needing to select time from the popup?
