No route to host

We have uncovered dozens of websites that come up with.  

The content could not be delivered due to the following condition:
No route to host

I have tried disabling web protection and it still doesn't work.  I have made sure it's not a DNS issue by statically assigning google public dns to client to see if that works.  But seems to be in the firewall itself.  I have opened up a ticket with Sophos but still patiently waiting for their call back.

We are running 9.305-4
