How to allow internal network to see an external URL that points BACK to internal ip?

Hey guys,

Still quite new to sophos, so bare with my noobish questions please...

I've got a Neptune APEX aquarium controller, that at the moment I can access from outside the network via my custom no-ip custom url.  However, if I attempt to connect to this URL from WITHIN my network it always fails. However, if I connect using the direct IP of my controller it works.

I should note that this controller is controlled via an IOS app both on my iphone and ipad.

I'd like to be able to use the URL from within my network, however it always fails.

What rules do I need to enable in UTM 9.2 (latest patch) to allow this to happen ?
