Odd Entries in Web Filtering Log

All-

I have seen a number of unusual entries in the web filter log. Hopefully someone can direct me to a corrective resolution... Thank you in advance for your help.

    Jim, I would skip the proxy for the related website, and then test again in a month to see if you can remove the skip.

    Thanks for responding. The down side is there is no identifing information pointing to a URL or IP......  I am also seeing the following entries whaich indicate an issue surrounding FW Notify.
