Generate Email for blocked malware

We are just trying out fastvue software sophos reporter. It seems very good.
it just alerted us to

Can I get the firewall to natively notify us via email that it has blocked this malware ?

    Requests that come directly from customers via Support or feature.astaro.com carry much more weight than those that come from me.  Support may also know more about the reporting subsystem - they might know of a way of turning it on that I'm not aware of.
