NetFlix on Ipad Mini doesn't work with AntiVirus on.

I have streaming scan turned off it AV and it still appears to interfere with Netflix but only on IPAD.  It works fine on Kindle HDX.

    I ended up getting Netflix working by adding their network to the Web Protection > Filtering Options >  transparent mode skiplist > "skip transparent mode destination hosts/nets"..

    it just seemed like any streaming from Netflix was not being handled somehow in the transparent proxy so well...  not sure why, but I don't really care if those streams are cached or not.

    Have you tried tinkering with the FILTERING OPTIONS > MISC > STREAMING SETTINGS switch? 

    I'd say pull the networks you added to the skip list back out and try using the bypass instead. If that doesn't work go back to the skip list.
