Cannot Virgin Mail

At the weekend I updated to 9.210-20 since this update SSL scanning has blocked a lot more than I was seeing before.

One issue is Virgin Mail isn't working, I tried adding exceptions and also completely bypassing the domain or IPs I could find in the logs, it then got a bit further but returned a Virgin error page.

The logs show it as passing so I manually set the proxy in my browser and this is the error it came back with:

If I turn off SSL it works.

Any ideas?

The user has said it worked last week before I updated to 9.210-20.
