Webfilter Auth with VPN won´t work anymore

Hello together,

we have problems with our webfilter. Think it would have something to do with the latest updates. We had also some other problems after the update to the actual version 9.209-8.
All is working great in our internal network. Authentication with AD no problems. It worked also when we have done a connect with VPN. Now the authentication won´t work anymore when connecting the webfilter through VPN -> (user="" ad_domain="" statuscode="403") User and Domain will not be given to the webfilter. Don´t know why. It worked well now it don´t. We have changed nothing in the webfilter area nor the authentication area.

Any suggestions?

Not yet because help in this Board is normally ten times faster [;)]

Should i contact our reseller that they could open a case with Sophos?

Agreed with William. Too many possibilities, and someone likely will need to look at the UTM. In the mean time, what you see when you try #1 in Rulz?
