I get this in the Web Filtering Log:

    Anyone who is using the local database will see this error.
    This error message indicates that database updates will not be occurring.  So any brand new websites will come through as uncategorized until this resolved.
    The actual impact to people is quite small.

    Sophos will resolve this, it should be silent to users, it will just start updating the db again.
