SSL decrypt and scan blocking logmein

I enabled SSL scanning in transparent mode, we have SSO with AD. Version 9.204.

We use logmein on all client PCs since adding SSL scanning it's being blocked. I had an exception in but now it's SSL that's not working.

In the logs I'm getting error: broken pipe

Any ideas?

you will need to install the utm certificate on each machine first of all. you then need to add an ssl exception for logmein as well.

Hi William,

I've done both of those steps and it's still blocking a certain logmein url and the log shows error pipe broken.

some applications can still detect the proxy and break...turn off https inspection and see if the problem abates. If it does get support involved.

Thanks, I had to bypass the domain and also an IP address that logmein was using.
